2.1 Metta Inhouse Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. provides various digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, web designing, coupons selling, brand development, graphic designing, motion graphics, and video editing.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.
2.3 We do not guarantee the availability of our services at all times, and we shall not be held liable for any interruptions or disruptions in service.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
3.1 We collect personal data from our clients including name, age, location, WhatsApp number, and email for the purpose of providing our services.
3.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal data with any third parties except with Meta and Google as necessary for advertising and analytics purposes.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment for our services can be made through Razorpay, Instamojo, or Stripe payment gateways.
4.2 Payment terms and conditions will be agreed upon between the Client and Metta Inhouse Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. prior to the commencement of services.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content provided by Metta Inhouse Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws.
5.2 Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content provided by Metta Inhouse Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 In no event shall Metta Inhouse Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
